At TMRE 2011, the largest U.S. market research conference of the year, comedian Cayne Collier of Second City said that when he first encountered the acronym “TMRE” he assumed it was texting slang for “Too Much, Enough Already”. With over 125 presentations spread – at times – across 9 separate tracks, attendees to The Market Research Event could certainly have been forgiven for saying “Too much, enough already!”
